Lymphedema Tai Chi/Qi-Gong
Tai Chi / Qi-Gong have origins in China and involve slow physical movement, mental focus, and deep breathing. Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help people reduce stress and Qi Gong can help people manage chronic pain.
