 our managing lymphedema workshop. Defend from Within: A Survivors guide to
  Lymphatic Health for Boosting Immunity and Lymphedema Management workshop
  will be held in partnership with Lori Buckley\, OTR/L\, CLT\, CSOT\, Reik
 i Master who specializes in the treatment of lymphedema and other lymphati
 c related disorders. Jenn Frees\, OTR/L CLT\, lymphedema therapist and own
 er of Propel Therapy will be assisting with the workshop.\n\nThe Workshop 
 will provide educational tools to manage the disease in addition to other 
 side effects that can result from cancer treatments.\n\nElements of the wo
 rkshop include:\n- Functions of the Lymphatic System\n- Lymphatic System’s
  Connection to the Immune System\n- Signs & Symptoms of Lymphedema\n- Risk
  Factors & Reduction Strategies for Lymphedema\n- Hands-On Instruction of 
 Manual Lymphatic Drainage\n- Natural Ways to Stimulate your Lymph Fluid\n-
  Exercises to Improve Functional Range of Motion\n\nNote: This workshop is
  inclusive to ALL breast cancer survivors. You do not have to have lymphed
 ema to register. It is our hope that this workshop will also provide valua
 ble insight into lymphedema preventative strategies\, knowledge on how to 
 boost your immune system to restore health\, along with exercises to impro
 ve your functional mobility.\n\nSpace is limited and registration is requi
