Our Soul to Sole Walking Club is designed to help survivors rise up to their true physical potential while walking along with their Pink’d survivor friends. We will provide you with an engaging, inspiring social network to keep you moving as you strive to meet your personal walking goals and increase your physical health.

Each participant will set a monthly goal for themselves.

What kind of walking goals should I set? 

Goals are different for each survivor. Think about what you want from this three-month program. It’s Personal! Goals could include: 

  • Attend 3 Soul to Sole Walking Club sessions a month 
  • Walk 1 mile once a week 
  • Walk 10,000 steps 7 days a week
