Relax and rejuvenate under the stars with an immersive sound bathing experience in the tranquility and warmth of the planetarium. Led by certified yoga instructor and sound healer Tracy Astorino, this session combines the soothing vibrations of sound healing with the calming beauty of the sky. You’ll be guided through a peaceful journey of sound and meditation, offering a restorative escape to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and connected.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket —and whatever you need to make yourself comfortable as you lie back and gaze at the stars. Prefer to sit? Chairs will also be available.
