The silent whisper inside. My phone rang while I was having brunch outside on a colder than usual August morning. It was my aunt asking me to pray for her because her doctor found a lump in her right breast. We had been working together on our genealogy throughout the year. And I kept having that whisper inside, you know the one that’s silent to everyone but you. I kept feeling like we were coming together for another reason. I hung up the phone and turned to my husband and said “my Aunt Pam has Breast Cancer, and so do I." At that moment, time had silenced the dogs barking, cars passing by, and the music at the table. But not the silent whisper… it was screaming to my soul.
