Meet Leah
I’m Leah Dinoso and I’m a wife, mom of 3, and Monga (grandma) to 4. I love to read, camp, and spend time at the lake. I am also a student again because I love to learn. I am attending Indiana Wesley Seminary online. I am a Director of the Children’s Ministry and love working with kids. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 50, in September 2019. My mom is a breast cancer survivor too, so while I wasn’t shocked to be diagnosed with it, it still turned my world upside-down. I have amazing friends and family that have helped get me through it all. While they were so good to me, I have always felt like there was something missing. I think this group is that missing piece, women who really “get it” and “understand” what I’m feeling and thinking. I am so excited about this journey and discovering who I am beyond cancer.
