Join our 4-week introductory fitness class, tailored specifically for breast cancer survivors. Meeting once a week, each session teaches gentle, recovery-focused exercises that enhance strength, mobility, and overall well-being. With a focus on techniques that easily translate into home workouts, you'll gain the tools and confidence to continue your fitness journey long after the course ends, all in a supportive, empowering environment.

Requirements:
- Must be a breast cancer survivor who resides in NE or Western IA
- Must commit to all 4 classes (either Monday evenings or Saturday mornings starting 3/23 & 3/28)
- Space is limited and registration is required
