This resource honors the reality that reconnecting with intimacy may feel unfamiliar or tender, and that there is no "right" way to move forward. Organized around the senses and balance, the guide offers gentle prompts, practical ideas, and thoughtful reflection questions to support safe and intentional self exploration.
