OMAHA: Chef's Table
There’s nothing better than a girls’ night out with delicious food, meaningful conversation, and no dishes to wash at the end of the evening. Add in the company of fellow survivors and you have the perfect recipe for a memorable night.
Nourish your body and your mind as Gina Woodruff, registered dietitian and licensed medical nutrition therapist specializing in oncology nutrition, separates fact from fiction when it comes to nutrition and cancer. Then enjoy a live cooking demonstration led by Doug Chrisman, chef and instructor at Metropolitan Community College, as he prepares something flavorful and inspiring right before your eyes while sharing practical tips you can use at home.
Before you leave, you will receive a take-home bag with everything you need to recreate the featured recipe in your own kitchen, making it easy to put what you learned into practice.
