Laura Roccaforte is an organizational development consultant who collaborates with individuals and leadership teams seeking personal and organizational growth. She is passionate about helping people create authentic, supportive, and inclusive environments. Originally from Sacramento, CA, Laura has lived in Nebraska for over 30 years. She enjoys volunteering, building relationships, traveling, and exploring Nebraska’s many biking and hiking trails.

With more than 35 years of experience as both an internal and external consultant, Laura provides leadership development and executive coaching. She also assists organizations with strategic planning, team development, and group processes. Having worked globally in Europe and Asia, she is well regarded for helping leaders devise strategies for managing change and fostering collaborative relationships within their enterprises. Laura holds an M.Ed. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and a BA in Organizational Communication from California State University, Sacramento. She is also a certified SPHR professional.
