There's nothing more fun than a night out with the girls, great food and someone else doing the dishes. Sprinkle in a little fun with fellow survivors and you have an award winning recipe. Fill-up on nutrition information as Chandy Lockman-Hoke, Certified Oncology Nutritionist dispels the myths of nutrition and cancer and our healthy cooking expert will stir up something special during a cooking demo.
At the conclusion of this deliciously fun evening, participants will be provided all the ingredients needed to make the recipe demonstrated and tasted so you can make it at home. Your shopping bag is complimentary due to the generosity of our donors. Bon Appetite!

Meet Our Experts
Chandy Lockman Hoke, MS, RD, CSO, LMNTChandy is a registered dietitian and licensed medical nutrition therapist who created the Oncology Nutrition Program at Methodist in 2006. She has spent the last decade working with oncology patients and is one of only three registered dietitians in Nebraska who is board certified as a Specialist in Oncology Nutrition. Chandy believes nutrition is a powerful supportive therapy that can help patients get through cancer therapy and thrive in survivorship.
